  • To provide our clients with a bespoke consultancy service enabling them to set up and/or manage their short term accommodation business independently. To provide a consultancy service for clients wishing to work alongside the business whilst managing their properties whilst guest in residence.

We strive to provide a consultancy service across the UK so that all properties owners can benefit from our expertise.  We achieve this by providing a personable approach in our consultancy.  We are available to help property owners source and convert properties into serviced accommodation.

  • All information obtained during the consultancy service will be processed in accordance with our web site use terms and are incorporated into these conditions

  • Your data will be stored and used by us to contact you regarding any future services we believe may be of interest. We will not share your data with any third party and your data will not be used for any other purpose.

The Environment

  • We take a balanced, reasonable and practical approach to the natural environment and do what we can where possible.

  • Our office is reducing the volume of paper we use and recycle whatever we can.  Our aim is to be paperless.

  • We encourage clients to provide food waste recycling bins in all properties and avoid as much single use plastic as possible without compromising on hygiene and quality.

  • We encourage all clients to offer a self contained property so as to reduce the carbon footprint, reduces water and chemicals usage.
